Easter Weekend: All orders placed from 27th of March onwards, deliveries will start from 2nd of April.

All UK orders are dispatched with next day delivery service as standard. Please note delivery days & times may vary subject to unforseen circumstances or remote locations. Check below information for more delivery information.

We aim to send all orders same day they are placed, but generally, orders received by mid-day will be dispatched next day.

Our standard next day delivery service is not covering Saturday or Sunday deliveries. If you need your orders to be delivered on Saturday, we can arrange a special delivery. Please use live chat or use our contact page to get in touch with us if you want to arrange a special enquiry for Saturday deliveries.

* Orders placed on Wednesday after midday which contain fresh produce may be dispatched on Monday (subject to delivery address). This is to avoid weekend delays which may cause such items to wilt and lose freshness.

Due to Brexit, custom regulations have changed. Therefore, we have temporarily paused all shipping to the European countries.

United States orders are shipped via Fedex using Next Day delivery service.

At Turkish Porter we are committed to a number of environmental targets; one of which is taking action to eliminate problematic and excess packaging.

We used only necessary amount of recycled packaging needed to keep your goods fresh and intact. We use FSC certified packaging and support increased sourcing from and the growth of responsible forestry.

We are providing chilled packaging for goods that require a low temperature environment. They last very long and keep all your goods in great condition and can be reused if needed.
